A vintage Japanese Matsumoku-built instrument known for a punchy, versatile tone driven by a high-output humbucker.
 
It features a medium 32.25-inch scale and often includes a series/parallel switch, offering thick, warm low-end in parallel and a thinner, sharper,, biting tone in series.

Bass is clean and completely original.  Absolutely beautiful wood.   What a great bass for the price point.

Has a real killer tone, great for recording and gigging.
