Here is an original Fender 1961 Precision Bass neck on a 1966 Body with 1966 electronics etc. 

It is refinished in a stunning Candy Apple Red.    Super nice color a very professional refinish.

Neck is amazing, nice and straight and plays great all the way up and down.   No buzz or issues.  It appears the front and back of the neck was professionally refinished and the logo is probably not the original.   The fretboard is amazing, beautiful original Rosewood in very good condition.

Neck is dated 8/61.    The pots and pickups are all dated '66 with original wiring.    

The pickguard appears to be a repro pickguard.  No routes to the body or anything like that.

Bass is super light roughly 8.5 pounds.     Remarkably resonant.

Original pickups have that classic vintage P-Bass tone, warm and round and percussive.
