Vintage original 1979 Rickenbacker Model 4001 in original Jetglo finish.

Bass has a real deep vibe and plays and sounds fantastic with classic Rickenbacker tones a la Chris Squire, Geddy Lee and Paul McCartney among others.   Signature percussive tones on the bridge pickup, warm and fat sounding with the neck pickup.

Bass has lots of wear.   Nics and dings throughout and lots of wear to the finish on the back as pictured.

Neck is straight and plays great all the way up and down without buzz or issue.

It's a good weight, evenly balanced, and feel amazing.

Bass is all original with the exception of a replaced mirror pickguard, that appears to be as old as the bass itself.

Comes with a good hard case, too.
