Here's a crazy cool Stratocaster that was put together by a big Hendrix enthusiast here in NYC. This is not a Fender guitar, it is a reproduction of the Strat Hendrix played at Monterey, made with real nice, quality parts.
It features an MJT original finished body, white and red fade just like Hendrix's Monterey Strat with aging and checking. The paint job was hand painted.
The neck is an Allparts neck with a Fender logo on it.
The pickups are Tone Emporium vintage re-issue pickups. They sound great. Classic vintage Hendrix Strat tone.
Vintage style frets.
