Vintage 1950's Magnatone Varsity Lap Steel.
A killer sounding vintage lap steel with some seriously cool vibe for a nice price!
Perloid "Mother of Toilet Seat" finish has a super cool vintage look, especially when paired with the rare and original clear plastic knobs and tuning pegs. Tuners are original Kluson 3 on a plate, very high quality and they work great still.
Original Pickup sounds incredible with a warm, sweet tone. Original Clarostat Pots date to 1954 and it still all the original wiring intact.
Has some wear from the years but still works and sounds great. There is a repaired crack in the peg head that is hard to see, it runs through the 3rd string tuner and was repaired in house so we know it's a sound repair. Priced accordingly.
