Vintage 1960's Kent Model 741 Triple Pickup Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar w/ Original Case

$ 999.00

Vintage original circa 1967 Kent Model 741 triple pickup semi-hollowbody in original Sunburst finish.

For most ‘60s Japanese guitar enthusiasts, the ideal features of a vintage Japanese are wild shapes and LOTS of switches, knobs, and other controls. While this Kent 741’s flat, wide, double cutaway shape may not be the craziest in the world, what this guitar does not lack is a plethora of controls. With a volume and tone knob and on/off switch for each of its three pick-ups and a kill switch for good measure, this axe is dripping with that ‘60s Japanese appeal. The sound is quite versatile due to the vast options on the control panel.

Neck is straight and playing great with a nice low action. Pickups sound fantastic.

A real nice example, clean and all original, missing the tremolo arm.

Comes with original soft case, too.
