Here's a killer original 1994 Gibson RIO DREADNOUGHT that sounds just incredibly great. We've never had this model here in the store and man when we got it we were just blown away by the sweet tone of her.

Only 150 made of this model and it was the first of A line of special guitars made with exotic sustainable woods. The top is AAA sitka spruce with hand carved X pattern spruce bracing. The sides and back is chakte kok. The bridge and Freightboard are hataloxthe neck is Honduran Mohagony. Real mother of pearl inlays including the famous Gibson torch on the headstock which is reserved for the highest end guitars.

A wonderful guitar for recording and the tone is remarkably sweet.

It's nice and clean but there was a center seam repair on the back...it's been professionally repaired.
