~1962 Mory Jazzmaster Sunburst w/ Hard Case

$ 1,795.00

This original circa 1962 Mory Jazzmaster was made in Japan in the early 1960s,

Mory was a professional Japanese guitar company that did not export cheap guitars in the 60’s like many of the typical Japanese brands you see from that era (Teisco Kay, etc.).

This Jazzmaster copy was very well done, has a beautiful Sunburst finish, nicely figured maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and a very good vibrato system (on par with the American Jazzmaster vibrato).

The neck feels like a '62 Jazzmaster from that era. It is wide and slim. Plays well, though the neck is not perfectly straight, it still has good playability and has a good action.

Tone of the Japanese pickups are that of a vintage Jazzmaster, very bell like, warm and organic.

This guitar is far superior to any 60’s Japanese guitar we have seen of this era.

Comes with a good hard case.
