The 1976 Ovation 1121-1 Artist was a USA-made acoustic guitar with a solid Sitka spruce top, a deep Lyrachord® rounded back, and a mahogany neck with a walnut center strip.

This is one of the nicer Ovations they made, and this example is in very fine condition.
