A nice example with excellent playability and tone. Has the signature sound of a vintage D-28.
Beautiful sold Spruce top is a particularly fine grain.
Neck is straight and plays well all the way up and down without any buzz or issue.
Has a passive under saddle pickup that is working well and sounds great, so it's perfect for gigging, too.
The bridge has been replaced with a newer Martin bridge which looks just like the original. Pickguard has also been replaced. Has a few professionally repaired top cracks that have been professionally repaired and are very difficult to see.
